30 years of history, work, experience, values, cultures, and people: 2024 marks a truly significant milestone for Mundi Riso.

With three decades of activity behind us, our company stands as a well-established reality, deeply rooted in its territory, while also serving as a hub in an international sector where our country ranks among the best in the world. A strategic company within the Ebro Food Group, since 1994 we have skillfully blended the local dimension of Vercelli and the rice fields of the Po Valley with a cosmopolitan outlook and vision. Our New Kenji brand, offering 100% Italian premium sushi rice, is the most striking example of this.

The 30th anniversary event: "A Story of Value"

All of this forms a solid fabric that has laid the foundation for “A Story of Value”: our celebratory event marking Mundi Riso’s 30th anniversary. It was a memorable day that celebrated the rich history and expertise of our industry, highlighting its significant impact on the territory and especially emphasizing the invaluable contributions of workers, both past and present.

At the heart of the company, a dedicated space hosted the various moments of the day, including a plenary session that retraced our 30-year journey, the Kagami Biraki ceremony – attended by the Japanese Deputy Consul – engaging team-building activities like Mochi preparation, and moments of entertainment, such as a Taiko musical performance and rice paper painting, symbolizing the inseparable connection between the local and global dimensions that have always defined our operations.

Tying it all together was the creative concept inspired by the small yet fundamental unit from which our business was born and continues to thrive today: the rice grain. A tiny element that is able to encapsulate and convey “A Story of Value” like ours.
